I have a special memory about this movie. We went to see it in the theatre for my sister’s birthday because she was into archery and we decided to do an archery themed party. Since that day, Merida had replaced Ariel as he favourite Disney Princess. Edit: Can confirm this comment. I’ve seen horses roll in the dirt at the equine therapy I work/participate in.

Even though this is one of my least favorite Pixar movies, I still kind of liked it, but it felt more Disney than Pixar and thought Wreck-It Ralph was more deserving of that Oscar for Best Animated Movie of 2012.
