To check any 3 digit number's divisibility by 7 the rule is - Multiply the one's unit by 2 Then the from the remaining 2 digit of the number subtract the number obtained by multiplying one's unit number And if the answer is in the table of 7 - the 3 digit number is divisible ! For example - 798 Multiplying 8(one's unit) into 2 = 16 The remaining part is 79 Now subtract 16 from 79 I.e - 79-16 = 63 Now check weather 63 comes in the table of 7 or not ? For sure it comes in the table of 7 So what does it mean now ? It means that our 3 digit number that Is 798 is divisible by 7 ! Thank you Hope it helps you
