@@stasa-X Where are the iraqi WMD those "democrats" told us about when they went to destroy a country and destabilize a whole region? 20 years have passed nobody ever found because everybody understood even then that this illegal war was based on a lie. Hodges, like most retired US Generals is a neocon, but I was pleasantly surprised by his moderate tone during this interview. He must have finally figured out that even though Israel has the strongest Army in the ME it is still in a very precarious situation because it is surrounded by countries that at best tolerate them and at worst hate them. Hodges has apparently also recognized that almost all Global South countries are either neutral or lean to favor the Palestinians.

to be honest, sometimes I don't understand the ways how the civilised countries act. We say that there is a problem, and there are clear beneficiaries like Russia and Iran, but we are going to fight Hamas and Hesbolla. It's like a person knows he has some serious health issue that can cause him to die, but the doctors give him drugs to ease the pain instead a surgery to eliminate the threat once and for all.

Its called Hospice care. When the problem cannot be solved, but at least you can mitigate the discomfort. You can't fix everything. And what is the point of curing a disease like cancer if the cure kills the patient? In this case, Putin is that cancer.

But the question is why? Anybody with a half a brain knows Teran is pulling the strings, but publicly, they maintain, "We don't have evidence of Iranian involvement." Why are they protecting Iran? My guess is it has something to do with the nuclear deal they've been trying to make with Iran since the Obama Administration that Trump torpedoed. They're trying desperately to resuscitate that deal with a tyrannical fanatic regime. I don’t understand it.

Our generation is absolutely destroying all hopes of peace and freedom for our children. Macron in France banned all demonstrations in favour of Palestine!!!. Democracy is all we have. Its the only thing that distinguish us from Russia, but when push comes to shove the Western leaders only react with fear or control. The double standards are glaring us in the eye

Mr General, we greatly value in Poland your knowledge and experience and the work you are doing for Ukraine's victory in the war with Russia. Your perspective on this conflict is very close to ours. At the same time, I would like to point out that your brief comment on the election results in Poland, which you made at a lecture in Switzerland on 31.10.2023, is completely unfounded and reproduces left-liberal clichés stigmatising the hitherto legal and democratic authorities of our country and a large patriotic part of our nation.
