Really? This is awesome! I want them to change shunning so bad. I’ll never go back but I want to sit with my dad and talk one more time. He’s almost 80 and he has his doubts but won’t leave the organization because he said he wouldn’t know where to go from there. It’s so sad. The shinning has to stop

I was raised as a JW from about 4 years old until I was 18. I’m 48 years old now and left the organization years ago. But I’ve realized over the years that I definitely need therapy because of this religion. Even at almost 50 years old I know that I’m still not normal. Thanks mom and dad…

Interesting interview, thanks! I’m happy his mother woke up. Perhaps while she was hospitalized for a long period of time, that break in indoctrination is what did it! Personally, that is what helped me, covid! I finally got away from the constant lovebombing and indoctrination.

Agreed. I took 3 yrs to do my degree n ECE to "future proof" my earning potential as I approached my 60s. I do believe it was the break from constant indoctrination that started freeing my mind. Oh, and the requirements to think critically.

This was great... thinking about anger and being a victim, I like the saying don't pack your bags and stay there... it is something we have to maybe go through but like you said we don't want to stay there.. People will say but half my life is gone now, well do you want the rest to go too.. So Life is good... thanks...

Wow. Very good interview. It's so good to know that there are therapists like Ryan in the field, with his personal experience with high control groups, helping others recover from their trauma. So few therapists have that experience and background, which puts them at a disadvantage when trying to help a client resolve issues and move ahead in life.

I've done Ayahuasca myself. It was very beneficial. Unfortunately, I found out I'm bipolar so they will not allow me to partake anymore. I would definitely do it again if given the opportunity. Saying hello to my ex jw and Ayahuasca brother and sister! 🙂

They themselves do not enter, nor will they let those enter who are trying to." You have Jesus permission to partake of His flesh and blood. Please accept Christ's permission! There is a lot of talent and it’s sad to know that many inside (not awakened) can contribute to humanity not only at the scientific and law area but in arts, sports and many more areas!! In the congregation that I went there were 2 teen brothers vey brilliant kids, with innovated ideas and unfortunately they got married have children and struggling economically and still Are in the cult- it’s sad! Thank you for this interview! Wish him the best in his life! Glad he and mom are out of the cult and was able to get the high education he wanted. Greetings to all!

I applaud you for being a therapist. Unfortunately in the early 90s there was no one like you. I had severe PTSD in my 20s and had flashbacks in my 30s and finally registered psychologist. Keep up the good work

Rejoice and be overjoyed, since your reward is great in the heavens, for in that way they persecuted the prophets prior to you. - Matthew 5:10-12 "people will hand you over to tribulation and will kill you, and you will be hated by all the nations on account of my name." - Matthew 24:9, Luke 21:12,13 We cannot prevent those things that Jesus talked about from happening because they must happen. Therefore, we are not surprised to see God's people being accused today with false claims, half truths and torture. Jesus was treated like that.( John 15:18,19) Although he didn't do any evil to anybody, religious leaders and hateful people accused him with false claims and half truths and he was tortured and killed as a criminal. The Christians who were present at the time of Jesus in the first century were treated in the same way. These things are not new, they happened in the past and are happening today. The purpose of the false claims and half-truths our opponents make is to sow doubt in Jehovah's people. That is one of the method Satan uses to draw people away from Jehovah and make them stop preaching work. Opponents promise to give people freedom when they themselves are not free. They are misled and they mislead others. Their portion will be according to their deeds. (2Peter 2:19,20, Romans 2:6-9) Jehovah knows those who belongs to him. So we will not be distracted, we will continue to focus on the important work of finding honest people to preach and teach them the good news of the kingdom - Matthew 24:14, Matthew 28:18-20.

First, he would be the nice guy compared to the genocidal lunatic that is the God character. Second, with a score by your numbers of God 8million - Satan 8billion, I don’t think he would even be trying at this point.
