What a cool looking plane. I recall the 4 engine version (I think Heron) flying into Birmingham Airport when I was young boy.

Lovely aeroplane! My father used to fly one for VAG in the 70s taking people and express parts between Stuttgart and Biggin Hill. Went with him a few times and always hoped to do my Twin Rating on it, but it had sadly gone when I got my PPL.

Very nice, a pity there are not more of them still flying. Definitely might have a problem finding decent de Havilland Gipsy Queens to keep them flying though. Look so much better than Boxer engines.
