The government has announced the One Rank One Pension scheme for defence veterans on Saturday. The announcement was made by Defence Minister Manohar Parrikar, but for the veterans turned out to be a huge disappointment.

There is complete collapse of governance in India where politicians are not listening to woes of CIL pensioners. For example, CIL retirees are getting Fixed pension for whole life which is small amount varying from Rs 3000/- to 5000/- per month. There is provision for increase in pension after three years but corrupt CIL management & Modi govt are sitting over the matter since two decades and the matter is litigated in court. In the meantime thousand of poor paid pensioners died due to poverty & lack of medical facility since none of empenelled hospitals are ready to treat retirees at CGHS rates & abnormal delay in payment. Coal minister was also approached by 40 MPs to enhance pension but nothing has been done so far even after 3years. The useless PMO & Coal Minister are not acting on this sensitive issue. While MPs & MLAs are getting several lacs pension for life for 5 years tenure but CIL retirees are getting meagre fixed pension for whole life after serving the company for 35 /40 years. The govt is not listening to these retirees since they are not resorting to violence & path of destruction. So the govt is not listening into the matter which is matter of utmost concern. There is no difference between Congress & BJP as both are corrupt & bad performer.

कोई एवरेज पेंशन नहीं होती है। बराबर सर्विस, एक रैंक से पेंशन आने वाले सैनिकों के पेंशन में अन्तर समाप्त करना चाहिए। आज ऐसे बहुत हैं जो सर्विस ज्यादा किये हैं मगर बराबर रैंक से पेंशन आये कम सर्विस वाले सैनिक से कम पेंशन ले रहे हैं। यह अन्तर समाप्त होना चाहिए।

रैंक लेकर कर बेसीक पेय ज्यादा हो जाता उस समय डिस्चार्ज देता हैं ताकि पेंशन ज्यादा बनता हैं उनकी जगह दूसरे लोगो को डबल ड्यूटी करना पड़ता हैं इनकी जगह पांच साल तक भर्ती नहीं होती हैं सेना को नुकसान कर के जाते हैं दूसरे पर ड्यूटी का बोझ पड़ता हैं

Orop का मतलब है की सिर्फ जो रैंक आज पेंशन ले रहा है, उस्सी के मुतबिक अगले को पेंशन दिया जाए, सही मायने में तो orop का मतलब होता है की जो कम उमर में पेंशन आते हैं उनको ही मिलना चाहिए ,न की जो 58,60 साल में आते हैं वो तो अपनी उम्र के हिसाब से सर्विस करके आए हैं उनको नही मिलना चाहिए, govt को इस तरफ ध्यान देना चाहिए, जो सूबेदार पेंशन 2016 से पहले आए हैं वो कैसे जायदा ले रहे हैं उन को तो उनकी पेंशन का 50%ही तो मिलता है न की 70% Govt ने ये देखना चाहिए ,सभी ऑफिसर्स 60 साल सर्विस करके आ रहे है तो उनको कैसे orop दे रहे हैं जब की पूरी उम्र सर्विस हो चुकी है फिर भी un ko orop ka लाभ दे रहे है, 7th pay commission मैं भी जवान को 2,57 के हिसाब से दिया था , और ऑफिसर्स को 2,81 हिसाब से बढ़ाया गया था ये govt ki सरासर गलत नीति है। जवान फौज की एक रीड की हड्डी होता है चाहे लड़ाई हो या शांति सारा वर्कलाउड जवान पर होता है। Msp मे भी सरकार भूत बड़ा bed भाव किया है की जवान का5200rs और ऑफिसर का15500 rs हैं जब की जवान us se ज्यादा तकलीफ में रहता है जवान से 100गुना जायदा ऑफिसर को सेना में सुविधा होती है।हम ने सेना में 28 साल कैसे बिताए है हम ही पत्ता है। आगे govt ko Jawan ke बारे में सोचना चाहिए। जय हिंद जय भारत,

Sir, old pension is more benefial than new pension policy ie a Sub was retired on 2011 and his pension fixed Rs 32,614/- Wed 01 jan 2016 and I am retiring in nov 2018 my being granted Rs 27,850/- which less approx Rs 5000 pm . Sir we are some Reservist pensioners. We done our duty as well as. Colour and reserve service. In 1965 and 1971 war we were on colour service . We have attented every two years in refresher trg as per govt order. There after completed 15 years and more transfers to pension establishments. Where is OROP. We are very feeling .

You have correctly said about reservists pension of rs 9000 plus da as per 7 cpc wef 1/1/2006. No Other revision eg. Oti map map macp msp orop2 was made applicable to reservists. They should get 2/3 sepoys orop1 and orop2 pension. Please clarify the correct position in the matter. Pl reply. Thanks.
