आपको पता है ऑफिसर अध्यापको के साथ भी ऐसा ही करते है... आर्मी स्कूल मे भी अध्यापको को केंद्र सरकार के मुकाबले आधा वेतन देते हैं.. जबकि सैनिक कर्मिओं व ऑफिसर के बच्चों की शिक्षा का खर्चा केंद्र सरकार उठाती है, उसी पैसे से आर्मी स्कूल चलता है, बच्चों की बस्सें भी सरकारी होती हैं जिसका चालक व सहायक चालक भी आर्मी से होते हैं बस का तेल भी केंद्र सरकार उठाती है तो केंद्रिया विद्यालय व आर्मी स्कूल की सैलरी मे अंतर क्यु..... सैनिक को पेंसन चाहिए, मेडिकल चाहिए लेकिन जो इनके बच्चे पड़ा रहे हैं उनको कुछ नही चाहिए क्योंकि व भारत मे नहीं रहते,

It is out of order that VRS will not be given OROP benefits. Govt is running on rough road which will be dangerous to Indian Govt. Later on. If a soldier completes 15 years service and he will be awarded with OROP arrears. If a Havildar comes on Premature retirement on completion of 22 years service will not be given OROP arrears which is totally wrong. This policy for OROP is wrong. Is all officers and committee members are blind and making such rough policy for ex servicemen. No need of such OROP where a lot of mistakes are being observed by all pensioners. Leaders are also blind and not think about difficulties of pensioners.

Since 1973 when the. Government has reduced the pension of defence servi Ce pesonnel from 75 %to 50%basic salary which was given for compensating the soldier's for leading a decent living . This is because unlike the civilian employrees they hàve to retire at an younger age to keep theArmed Forces young which is a requirement of the country. To compensate the loss mentioned above the soldiers asked f0r one rank one pension in the year 1980 and the then primeminister Mr.V.p.sing has accepted this proposal in principle. Therefore this demand of the soldiers is fully justifiable

Govt should give more emphasis on DP (Disability Pension ). Most of the persons retd on disability are not yet employed any where and facing acute financial distress due to less pension and hike of price day by day. My humble sumbission is, Govt should approve not below the given amount to Officers, JCOs & OR = Rs 25000, 22000 & 20000 per month. Then only their condition may improve in some extent. Thanking you. We have fought Chinese aggression and Pakistan aggression as regulars and Creation of Bangladesh as recalled from Civil, It is really sad that by coining the word ‘reservist’ instead of the actual rank, we have been put below the rank of JAWAAN which is highly cheap, insulting and inferior instead of their ranks as Corporal (gp1/gp2),LAC,AC2,AC1all clubbed in one word as RESERVISTS giving them Rs.9000 p.m+DA.(humiliating)-martyred of war.
