Great video, but one thing that's so interesting is people are willing to keep paying the fees multiple times from getting denied but are reluctant to pay someone who actually knows what they're talking about to get approved the first time.

If I may ask after all "common questions" as they always put forward, and some applicants too answer but will still reject even a parent of about 60+ years is rejected cuz he or she is not married.

I was actually denied and I know why because during interview got confused and was not able to answer the question accurately. The question now if I reapply since everything in the application is the same, can I still redeem myself for my wrong answer and tell it correctly. Since my information are not fabricated it is just that I tend to forget the exact years or time that I am off the work because I sometime reviewing and not working. Things like that. or chances are I am gonna be denied again? TIA for the honest response.

Hello Miss Mendy If you got rejected first time and you're re applying again and you are not sure of the reason as to why you are rejected on filling out the DS 160 on the reason as tk why you were rejected can you state that i was rejected under section 214b or you can just state the reason that you think you were denied

Hi officer, After my embassy appointment, I received a pink 221(g) letter and am currently in Administrative Processing. They sent me an email containing multiple questions, one of which was, “When did you begin and end your military service?” Unfortunately, I made an error while filling out my DS-160 form, where I mistakenly entered my military end date as January 19, 2018, instead of the correct date of April 19, 2018. Should I mention this DS-160 error in my reply email to the embassy, or should I only provide the documents and the correct date? It’s not a denial but it will show that you have “immigrant intent” which means it will be more difficult for you to get any sort of temporary visa, like student, tourist, etc.

Will all due respect, for an example if I get a lousy mean spirited officer for that particular day of my interview for whatever reason he/she problems they may be experiencing and they're denying applicants for no good reason because lets be honest not everyday is a beautiful day; you mean to tell me that just because of that they get to play god and you get to keep that denial record "forever" in the system? How unfair is that? Who gets to evaluate or appraise their work? Where is the review process to make it fair? Meanwhile, the southern border is wide open people can walk over claim "asylum" and disappear forever. Yet, visa officers deny law abiding individuals, jumping through hoops, paying high fees who just wants a visitors visa. Don't get me wrong I'm all for border security but optics is that the system is lopsided. Yes, getting help from an "expert" immigration law officers/lawyers is a plus but it's still no guarantee because it goes back to that grumpy agent on that particular day. Then I have to go back to get more professional advice for another fee of course! I've seen and heard multiple cases and experienced it once. But, your topic and content is appreciated.
