Your opinion about Undertaker should've never lost his streak is shared amongst a lot of people, Taker said it himself as well lol, it was just a matter of Brock didn't really need that win. Brock is already established, Taker said if it were up to him now to go back, he would either, as said, never have lost or gave the win to Bray Wyatt while he was alive and at one of his peaks

@@ShiloDeupree The funny thing is that the Undertaker has the dumbest fans on the planet. I saw footage the day after Wrestlemania. Apparently he suffered from a concussion and had severe migraines. When he was leaving the hospital from the side entrance or back entrance a whole bunch of Takermaniacs were making a bunch of noise and one stupid British or Scottish guy yelled out "UN-DER-TAKAH!" It was so loud and I was watching it on my computer, imagine being the Undertaker in that moment. He spent the night in the hospital with a head injury and then was greeted by a bunch of low life scumbags gawking, drooling, frothing at the mouth, yelling at him like the Russians are invading and then they started demanding that he autograph the 400 posters they brought so they could sell them at the local flea market. Someone mentioned that one of them was caught in the bushes fondling themselves but I'm not too sure. He was wearing an Undertaker mask at the time.

The narrator really misrepresents Jarrett "holding up the WWF for $350,000"; this was money he was owed by them. He was the IC Champion and they had his contract lapse before the No Mercy 1999 PPV. He would have had every right to stay home and not show up to lose the title to Chyna, but he did. He just wanted to make sure he got his money.

11:29 A little correction on what he said: Mickie James wasn't signed to Impact. She was a free agent and could appear in any company she wanted. When she got into the Royal Rumble, she was Impact Knockout Women's champion, however, she was not under contract with them. It was a different story with Jordynne Grace in Royal Rumble 2024.

I think the reason Brock Lesnar beat the streak is: 1. It instantly made him the by far #1 heel in the company, people were actually upset. 2. He was the only one who could beat the streak and be elevated into the same tier as Undertaker in terms of feeling like the legit unbeatable final boss of WWE for a good few years. The way they also had him also destroy Cena and Orton etc. And they were doing all that to make Roman the next face of the company by beating Brock who at that point had built up so much heat with the crowd. But it flopped because Reigns wasn't ready as a performer and written horribly.

My theory has always been that Vince wanted Roman to break the Streak, but he believed that anybody who broke the Streak would be hated for life, and he was so committed to the idea of Roman being a babyface that he said ok, we'll have Brock break the Streak instead, everybody will hate Brock, and then Roman will beat Brock and everybody will love Roman. That idea spectacularly failed, with Roman being hated because he wasn't ready for the spot. If Vince had known that it took Roman turning heel to turn him into the star he wanted, Roman would've beaten Taker.

My favorite wrestler gotta be The Undertaker. Unfortunately for me I don't remember alot from when I watched wrestling as a kid, but I recently started watching it again this year, and I feel like I'm loving it even more now that I'm older.

I think the reason Punk's is considered crazy is because when he quit he went hard on WWE management revealing a lot about his treatment, even suing their doctor(?) at one point. He publicly aired his grievances on a podcast and stuck to not wrestling anywhere for seven years. It felt like every year it would become less likely because he is a stubborn guy. He did comics, tried UFC out, but it was seen as improbable considering he was getting older and the people who did him dirty were still there. The only thing pulling him out of retirement was the rival wrestling company i.e. the chance to stick it to them. That's why he said he "left" professional wrestling in 2005 - that's when he signed with WWE in the first place leaving the independents. And AEW is more for the hardcore fan that prefers wrestling itself to the story/dramatics so that appealed to them. The company was made as a counter to what WWE was doing at the time in 2019. Even when that bridge got burnt bad with AEW Punk was thought of poorly for how he acted, like why would WWE take him back at that point? The thing is a lot had changed since he left and even since he went to AEW.. Triple H is in charge of WWE thanks to Vince's scandals and he is open to mending fences if it is good for business. How Punk will be booked will be different, he seems to like the locker room, and his voice as a veteran is appreciated by the younger talent.

like what i was before, i used to watch and i love so much bout wrestling and became wrestling fan in 2014-2018 and im no longer watch wrestling because it no longer showed in my country in 2018 before that year wrestlemania, but then after covid in 2022 i see the wrestlemania poster match card on my phone and i see cody rhodes againts seth rollins and in my mind i was like "is that the man that had stardust gimmick before?, and is that seth that in the shield with dean ambrose and roman reigns?" and im intrested to back watch wrestling again and continue to understand the current storyline and now i love it

Glad you decided to give it a shot 'cuz right now WWE in particular is pretty hot. I'd say sometime in 2022 with Sami Zayn joining The Bloodline is a good point to go back and check (I've been in and out with it for several years due to watching football and basketball etc). Hard to narrow down which stuff you should react but for modern day maybe Joe Hendry, Dominik Mysterio and Rhea Ripley's pairing, nXt for the vibes? And for female wrestlers Jade Cargill, Bianca Belair, and Tiffany Stratton are some of the new present/future stars -- Bianca would have just been getting going strong in NXT when you last watched in 2018 I think
