for those of you wondering- hairspray on older court shoes helps make it so your feet dont slide as much. i had to use it on my old shoes bc i wore them outside of volleyball (DONT do that!) just spray all over the bottom of them and then let it dry and then u can wear them like normal! id recommend if u cant afford new court shoes at the moment

uhhh. . . volleyball isnt really a sport you can give much tips to until higher levels. Just know, if you suck or youre a prodigy, keep working hard. Hard work beats natural talent

Yeah! I also use hairspray for shoes coz sometimes they slide and when u spray them they won’t slide!
