If you were in a relationship with the love of your life, wouldn't you think about them and desire them all the time? But not in an anxious way. Just as a natural aspect of being in love and sharing a wonderful companionship with someone. So, I feel like "letting go" shouldn't have to be a dogmatic requirement of the manifestation process. If you're thoughts about them are from the end scene. Like, I was really in it the other day and I was out for a walk. When I got back to my apartment, I opened the door and as I walked in, this feeling came out of nowhere of walking into OUR apartment with the kids there and everything. I felt the presence of her and not just mine, but her kid as well. It felt real and natural. Again, that image was never something I thought about for an imaginal scene or anything. It was spontaneous!

Obsessing or even talking about this is triggering to me at this point. Life’s too good to worry about an ex. Wake up and find other things to manifest. Not being negative, but I tried this for 2 years. I don’t want that anymore. Follow up: Just to clarify I am coming back and correcting myself. I meant I needed to wake up. I followed all these videos for 2 years. Did the coaching w/people. I bought one of Shelly’s courses. In no way am I saying it’s not possible. Honestly, mine didn’t manifest bc our energy didn’t match. I no longer wanted someone that wasn’t headed in the same direction. Just because it didn’t “work” for you doesn’t mean a thing. We constantly manifest. Constantly. You clearly had interfering, negative and/or obsessive thoughts if you didn’t succeed in your manifestation. That’s what a mental diet is for. You’re supposed to feel good + know that EIYPO. The fact that it’s triggering to you shows a clear lack of confidence on your part, which is exactly your problem. If you don’t want him, that’s your choice. But don’t comment on a manifestation channel if you don’t believe it works, because it’s spiritual law. It is ALWAYS working.

Shelly, in one of your other no contact videos - you talk about knowing that you'll be fine / good without the other person because when you do think about the other person too much you create the "chasing" feeling. So I guess maybe I have the slight fear that if I start beliving that "YESS, he's going to reach out to me some time in the future" and I start truly believing it and perhaps start anticipating it - that either 1. feels like I'm chasing on a smaller level 2. the fear of it not happening :P So how do i work with both of these kind of thoughts in my head? So the imaginary part is something like.. if he was my boyfriend now while I’m out having lunch he would probably text me so it’s my job to relax and know that he’s going to text me at some point. Because when I sit and day dream about him texting me/being with me etc, I just end up day dreaming about him all day and not getting anything done and then become aware that I still haven’t received a text. Before we met I wasn’t thinking about him at all. Even for the first few days of hanging out I wasn’t thinking about him and yet he came into my life and started texting me only a few hours after having seen each other.

I am definitely in a place where I know he is coming back. It does feel the most true to me. However, I know realise that I am also focusing on when he's going to return (so, noticing he's not here), so need to be careful of that. I've been in no contact with her for 11 weeks now but have only been into manifestation for about a month. The hardest part, probably for most of us, is believing that all of this affirming and imagining we're doing, no matter how deep into the feeling of the wish fulfilled we get (I personally have had some incredible experiences of feeling that feeling NOW), can actually influence the other person. I mean, she lives 35mins away on the other side of town. The chances of us running into each other is so slim and because of the nature of the break up, reaching out from my end simply isn't an option. I want to respect her boundaries in the 3D while working on myself to manifest us back together. So I'm not even attempting to manifest a simple text or phone call. But obviously if the end result is gonna happen, we're gonna have to end up in contact contact somehow. So...anyone have any success stories to show that this can happen somehow? Like, has anyone really manifested contact from someone in spite of being in "no contact"?

@@lotusb2594 Nope. Just over 6mos NC now. Still doing techniques every day though 🤷‍♂️ The thing is, when you have a lot of trauma and limiting beliefs, you have to work through all that shit and improve your self concept before you're likely to get movement. At least it seems that way. Maybe that in and of itself is a limiting belief but when nothing at all seems to be happening, you just start trying to come up with solutions and everyone says self concept self concept. So you start down that path. Which so far has been good for me in general. So I'm not complaining. I enjoy the videos and the concepts, so I'm probably in it for the long haul anyway. I think manifestation principals are incredibly valuable for a person in general, not just for getting things.

You’re saying a lie over and over and over again, and then, one day the lie is true- Lady Gaga manifestation quote. U keep doing ur affirmations and visualization with feelings, one day it will come to you same or different way. I have experienced it. It came to me as an opportunity and take inspired action. Shelly videos help a lot. If u feel down, listen manifestation video and keep practicing. U really have to be in that delusion since this 3D is one of the illusions. When u r busy don’t think about ur desire cuz u will mess it up. When u r in relax time, alone time, quiet time then manifest. If u get mad while manifesting, Recite prayers. Forget about manifestation- don’t even use affirmations. Free ur mind.

I don’t think you truly understand the purpose of the twin flame path. The whole point of the this path has nothing to do with chasing & manifesting them. The runner/chaser is about unhealed wound energy & mismatched vibrations. As within, so without. Your twin being here in the physical means you have a lot of work that you agreed to do to transcend the physical realm... & that’s what gets activated when you meet them... the twin path is first & foremost about you, not being with the other person/divine counterpart, in order to gain love or approval, to fill a hole. It is all INNER focus. Energy focus, amplified. Much deeper shadow work than most will be willing to do. They share your wounds, which means shared wound energy, which means any unhealed aspect of you will be mirrored back through them, whether you feel good about that experience or not. It is there to teach you & show you, you, via the mirror. Twin flames are not soul mates, so you don’t manifest them like you manifest a soulmate. Soulmates can come in & be manifested at any time in life. They are karmic on this path. Your twin will come in in divine timing when you agreed to start the ascension path, IF that is part of your life experience in this lifetime. Yes there is love there, but love with the other in a relationship aspect, is NOT the main focus; you cannot have that without doing the inner union work, or you just keep bouncing off eachother, because it is all energy-based. Been on this path 5 years & there is a lot of misinformation & mistruths told by many not even on the path. Searching for or manifesting your twin is one of the biggest lies & confusions, because it’s become a trend for individuals searching for love outside of themselves & thinking that finding their twin is going to fill that hole. It Does NOT work that way. This is a very specific path that your soul agreed to pre-incarnation. Not something that your human self consciously decides that you want to go looking for, because articles or videos online made it sound like something you need to aspire to. It’s not a trend you jump on or romanticize.
