This is so important yet often overlooked sometimes I feel like, in their late 20’s a former classmate of mine with no risk factors/family history was diagnosed with a fast moving breast cancer that had begun spreading to their lymph nodes and this kind of exam helped to identify it and get them the treatment they needed in time to go into remission and be declared cancer free. It’s amazing the power these exams can have!

If I my add my 2 cents: I understand this is done for teaching purposes, but addressing the public would spoil the ASMR effect, because the focus is moved from the patient to the audience POW. I think that people who follow mr Gill for asmr, just like to "peek in" how an exam is done. But this is just my opinion and my feeling, so feel free to discard it.

Now I see that these two points are in the exact same spot as two of the lymph nodes you have shown. Is there a medical explanation that lymph nodes can be a trigger or symptom for a migrane?

It’s more likely that you are pressing on the nuchal line on the back of skull, or the external occipital protuberance This is where a number a muscles insert, and it may be than pressing over that area improves a tension in the muscle that was trigger the headache But certainly chat your doctor.
