I think the mother is involved
@madreep2 ай бұрын
@@CourtTV why does it matter what anyone thinks? All your over the top dramatic productions are unnecessary along with your so called "experts" who just sit there and fuel baseless theories and speculation. I think that the evidence will come out at the trial if it even gets to that point. He's not gonna be acquitted when his dumb ass not only recorded his crimes, but kept the images backed up on his cloud storage, and the authorities will charge Jenn when they have enough evidence to convict. If they don't, it's safe to assume that she's a horrible mother who made very bad choices, and is far from the sharpest tool in the shed, or cares more for herself that she was completely clueless to her child's abuse and suffering, but wasn't otherwise involved. You're supposedly staffed by attorneys, how do none of them know that there is a clock that starts ticking as soon as you take someone into custody and charge them with a crime, so there's a reason why Jenn is not in custody, and her silence means absolutely NOTHING. It's not a sign of guilt or innocence. Her kid is dead. So what does she need to be speaking publicly about? These days where every lay person thinks that they're the best detective in the world, and believe that the first amendment gives them the right to stalk, harass, speculate, and go after an individual's family, friends, and even employers because obviously they're guilty by association, I wouldn't be seen or heard from either. My mom was brutally murdered in 1987. I was only 10 years old at the time, but I can still remember the time surrounding her murder and the trial. Luckily in those days people were still kind. No way would I have wanted the entire internet following my every move to speculate on my tears or lack of, or combing through my social media to gain access to my family. As a media outlet you have a responsibility to present facts in these cases, and when you're tailored to a narrow subject you're going to have slow news days, and should have some sort of plan in place regarding your programming for those days. I don't know what her family knew or didn't know, all I know is that someone loved that child and is grieving her abuse and murder, and waiting for justice to be served. You're not helping.

Apparently SS's mom is trying to blame JS for that, too. Which yes, JS should've NEVER even suggested that SS sleep in the same bed as MS but that doesn't resolve him of any blame/guilt. Agreed 💯. My mother enabled my younger brother's behaviors and never monitored him when he was living in her home. When my brother was 20, he was going to Pokemon card game tournaments and spending time with young kids. He eventually started inviting a 13yr old kid to my mother's home at night. His behavior escalated and he sexually assaulted the 13yr old and went to prison. I cut ties with my brother because his behavior is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. My own mother got pissed off because I refused to visit my brother in prison, I refused to buy things for my brother and send them to him in prison, and I absolutely refused to allow my child near him. My mother, the woman who allowed me to be sexually molested and almost raped by my stepfather as a young teen, told me I was being selfish. I am a survivor of sexual molestation and abuse so it's obvious that I would not want to visit a child predator in prison. My mother was actually putting $200 into my brother's commissary every month. In my mind, 10 years wasn't enough and he was never really punished for his crime.

Jen Soto was a participant. Common sense. Imo. Been going on since Maddie was 8? There was a tripod in the bedroom, says to me JS not only knew but was a participant. 8 feel so sick that LE will need to look at all 1700+ pics and vids to see JS in or heard on them. She absolutely was a participant and had so many different men in and out of their lives. No one is THAT blind.

There's groups on social media covering the case and one who is well regarded said the moms family knew about the abuse and that Jenn turned a blind eye and that they gave her ultimatums to get rid of him or they would tell. Hence their attitudes in the bwc videos of not comforting jenn or sterns as they were furious with him being back around.

IMO Jen is guilty, of what I’m not sure. She’s lied a lot. She said she saw Maddie that morning, knew exactly what she was wearing, but then said that she actually didn’t see her. I think that when Maddie came home from her party, her and her mom had a fight (Maddie’s friend said Maddie was mad because she didn’t get any money for her Birthday). Jen said she was going to kick Maddie out the second she turned 18, Maddie got D’s and F’s and her teachers said Jen never seemed to care, never went to back to school nights-nothing. I think Jen killed her. That’s why she separated herself and said she slept on the couch, her and Stephen made a plan that night, he took her ALONE to drop her body off. But, we’ll see what comes out!
