Soory sir, but I am not able to understand the numerical you explained because you have taken activities as node to node whereas we can simply take the activities as A,B,C and so on along with its predecessors. Which makes easy to understand, (A/c to what I was thought).

Critical path is not which has slack=0 , it is defined as path taking maximum time duration and slack = 0. There may be a path along which each event has 0 slack but it is not a critical path.

In most question the resource limit is given. Like in this case 15 max was given. but in real project we have to identify the max wieght that can be distributed either on workers or equipments or sth similar...
