As activity E depends on completion of activity C. It is not possible to keep both on same day. To lower the labor demand we will have to extend the duration of the project by one day.

activity E depends on C and D, since D's EF=12 and more than C's EF=8, we'll take 12 as activity E's ES, so activity E depends on the completion of D. in a backward pass LS=12, LF=13.

At the end of the video we place Task 'C' and Task 'E' at the same day. As this is a Start to Finish relationship we can assume that the work will first start with assignment C and only once 'C' is done 'E' will start. We can do that as long as the question/project permits us to perform two tasks at the same day. when you think about it, it makes sense that first we pave and only later we demobilize. However, if we would have a curing time that requires a day or the question would specify that only one task is allowed per day we would have to further allocate the task. but C is a predecessor of E so if the last activity of C comes to the day when E is meant to start, that means E cant start, because C has not finished .....what do you think?

This also makes the assumption that task C can pause once started. Bear in mind that some tasks cannot pause like that without negative facets.

It is a good one off product for finding the best project management and business templates minus the headache. Ive heard some interesting things about it and my coo-worker after many years got amazing results with it.
