Overall it is actually comprehensive and detailed, and for it to be further be more understanding and for the message to be relayed more effectively why don't you add visual aids like the actual graphs, especially for visual learners.

Seems like "learning curve" is a very vague idea with many, many different variables. Like you pointed out with the Liberty ships, did they actually get more efficient at making ships or were they just sacrificing quality as time went on? And then on the individual level, a "steep" learning curve may represent a task or skill that is easy to pick up, like you said, but couldn't it also represent a person who is more dedicated and diligent who's learning increases dramatically with just a little experience because of their work ethic? In which case the steep learning curve was created by the person's abilities and hard work and not due to the nature of the thing they were learning?
