What did you mean with saying h5 comes from EB on MC? I understand all of them except finding feedwater enthalpy at the exit of heater.

If we assume the mixing chamber is adiabatic, steady, and allows for no meaningful changes in kinetic nor potential energy, then the energy balance (“EB”) on the mixing chamber (“MC”) only has one unknown -- h5.
