Those driveway stairs were widely used in the 40s and 50s. Particularly in climates where snow and ice were regular yearly occurrences.

The one that got me the most, was where the washer was above the toilet. The toilet didn't even have a lid! Wash your clothes then drop them in the toilet. Stupid. I never understood why someone would have a small area up where there is no access and put furniture in it. A couple of the houses, are so ugly, that you couldn't pay me to live in them (well, maybe for a million or two).😅

Some of these were big old houses that were split up into apartments, that's why walls and stairs and bathrooms end up in weird places.

One thing I actually liked about a different cleaning video. A lady named Aukatriina (spl?) professionally cleans apartments and home in Finland and Sweden. They have bathrooms with a sprayer hose in the freaking wall! To spray the floor when mopping, spray the toilet to clean (only when it’s atrocious), spray the shower to clean it. It’s actually a cool feature. I think American public bathrooms could really benefit from those. When janitors need to really dowse something.

So... the first room you see through the front door is... a bathroom?? Well, if you ever feel the sudden urge to use the toilet while driving, and after rushing, all you have to do is unlock the door and turn around the door and sit down, I suppose it would be practical in emergencies 😂🤷♂️

14:19 Trypophobia is the fear of holes that are close to each other.... just... what?? 2:30 at my job there is a 'safe place to stand' like this one, we see the entire shop (and it's kinda weird...) Idk what it's for. But we say to the new employees it's for the Christmas factory blessing of the boss. He comes random before the 2-weeks break and ask someone to assist him and go up there for a prayer with everyone. One young woman was terrified, she was hired directly by him a few months before, and she KNEW he was going to ask HER. We all said oh yea, it sure will be you! it's so embarrassing but hey, you will survive! Dont worry! You ll be fine! We terrorized her for 2 months, she was red like a tomato each time he opened the door! There obviously never been a prayer! xD

Not beautiful, but do get tickets for aany concert inside them and you will understand.
