Excavator with fixed rotating grapple saw pulling and loading dump trailer

My Takeuchi TB285 with a Ryan's fixed rotating grapple saw pulling, loading and dumping a Load Trail dump trailer with brush. The trailer is power up and down, 16,000 lb. GVWR, and 16' long. I pull it with the blade of my excavator as I work.

I can´t believe you don't use the hydraulic machine to lift the dumper.

Did you consider putting a hitch box on top of your blade instead of just a hitch? With a hitch box you can use different hitches, drop hitches, pintle hitches and switch back and forth with different types of hitches or different heights of hitches. 😀

go idea, but for now this is the only trailer I use with the excavator so it works for me (currently)

Cool setup. How much is the Ryan’s grapple saw?

It’s close to $40k with todays pricing when I called. Also 6-13 weeks out.
