Hi Randy, Keep up the Great work always something new to learn! I was wondering how can we make embedded Html Web Mail to send as opposed to text based messages/pics etc.? I have tried to do something manually and have found office 2016 has a few issues (e.g. pics skewed)

Hi Kelan, you could just define those types of variables as a String, then after the loop starts, set them such as CustomerName = Sheet1.Range("A" & CustRow).value Something like that. I hope this helps and thanks.

Thanks for putting this email together. I am just trying to tailor it a bit for my use. I am trying to do 2 main things. I am trying to add other variables such as Company name, title... I tried to change the code for but it did not work. More importantly-how can I get this to work using my default signature email template in Outlook that has a larger font for my name and a corporate logo for example. I tried to change the font in the template on the campaigns tab but it reverted to standard font. Can't figure out how to add our company logo in the signature line. Anyway, I really like this and your other videos and find them useful. Thanks.

Hi I am glad you got the code to work for the company name & title (that is just about updating the code accordingly) For the signature you can do this: In some area of your Excel sheet (off the main area) Add your signature in some cells, formatted exactly as you like with fonts and even adding the logo picture. Hi thanks. Excel is certainly capable of doing this. Their may however be limitations by your email provided, so I would check with them first.

Hi Randy. this video is great! however, I made some changes to my need, and 99% of it worked, but just that on sheet 2 (Campaigns), the new campaign is not saving on the next available line; its overriding the the present (highlighted) line. Hi Randy, Can we trigger and email immediately and schedule in outlook... Will this be possible. If not is there any other method where this macro can be run on a daily basis without logging into the system. Is there any software for this. I have tried with task scheduler but thing is that I have to login to system prior to the schedule only then the automated process triggers. Please help me with an alternative. Thanks in Advance :)

Hi and thanks so much. You may want to use excel as a database to upload and schedule automations on a 3rd party tool such as integromat which will run 24/7 without Excel being open. Excel can act as a database to then keep track of everything that was sent. I hope this helps and thanks so much.
