8 years waiting to bring my kids I became US citizen and I apdate my case I thought I did a good thing after I got my citizens, but they told me my case is got from F2A to F1 because when I update my kids age pass 21, but they didn't count they been waiting almost 8 years with this case it's really sad

@graylawtv I have a question. My friend arrived here more than one year ago, so they applied for a work permit and received it. However, after more than a year, they didn't receive any Notice to Appear (NTA) or master hearing notification. They went to the ICE office, and the officer told them the documents would be mailed, but that never happened. As a result, they don't have any court information or documentation. What they should do? thanks

@vahid, they can apply for an affirmative asylum. If denied, an NTA will be issued.

Unbelievable !!!!!!! REALLY ??????? I reading several times # 7 ( Clients should be respectful to everyone, security and document gatherers, ) EVEN IF A CONSULAR OFFICER OR IS RUDE ..... REALLY ????? Under which CONSTITUTION ? 23 years ago , JUST SUCH an EMPLOYEE threw my one-year old grandson's documents into the trash can and SEPARATED a BABY FROM ITS MOTHER. ONE YEAR OLD BABY.

Hi Mr Gray I want to say thank you for your advice I get my B1/B2 visa for Mexico last month but I ear Mexican immigration theirs are busy deported people when you arrive to the airport even you have a visa tell me if is true.And give me some advice which itinerary I have to get to rich Mexico or Guatemala bcoz all the fly passing USA I don't have a transit visa lm allow to transit by USA with a Mozambican citizenship.
