INGREDIENTS for a 20 cm mold (for 7 to 8 people):
For the Génoise:
- 2 eggs
- 60 g of Sugar
- 40 ml of Vegetable Oil
- 30 g of Milk
- 70 g of flour
- 3 g of Chemical Yeast
- 1 pinch of salt
For the Raspberry Mousse:
- 130 g of Raspberries (fresh or frozen)
- 2 Tablespoons of Lemon Juice
- 50 g of Sugar
- 1 Sheet of Gelatin (3 g 150 bloom or 2 g 200 bloom)
- 200 g of Whipping Cream
For the Vanilla Mousse:
- 200 g of Whipping Cream
- 100 ml of Milk
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 Sachets of Vanilla Sugar
- 30 g of Sugar
- 1 Sheet of Gelatin (3 g 150 bloom or 2 g 200 bloom)
For Decoration:
- 180 g of Whipping Cream
- Fruits
