My goodness Adi, your piano playing is extraordinary. Or should we call you maestro?! Interesting wagon. Significant to have it with SECR rolling stock. Perhaps the train was coming from Faversham, where gunpowder was made. But there was the most horrific accident there when more than 100 years ago, 200 tons exploded. 108 men and boys died

I've got the Dapol version of the more dangerous GWR Gunpowder Van. Aside from the scary piece of rolling stock, there's a real railway video on my channel with a new twist to it. It begins with LNER A4, Sir Nigel Gresley, with the Steam Dreams Railtour on the main line at Chester. Try not to be jealous. Hope you enjoy it, and do let me know what you think.

Hi mate I hope you are well Yes they do a little pricey but I really wanted a gnr livery one. But I could of waited till a sale but I may not got a gnr. Keep safe ARP

Hi Gordon I hope you are well Yes they are pricey Depending on the livery you want depends on price. I know kernow had some rapido UK rolling stock on their bargain page Keep safe ARP

Rapido do make some nice wagons, these are a bit better in value than the small open wagons which are the same price. One good feature is the use of brass bearings but other than that they are not any finer in detail than the best of the others. I have put a Rapido side by side to an Oxford Rail and apart from the aforementioned bearings the difference is almost indistinguishable and not worth the extra £20 of the Rapido.
