If the tenant is a partnership firm with 4 brothers as partners. Property was rented out for part residential and part commercial purpose. All 4 brothers are dead. The only son (53 years old) of the eldest partner claims that he is the current owner of the firm. He is not able to show any proof. He has kept the tenanted premises under lock and key for several years. Stays in his own flat nearby. Claims to be depositing rent in court but did not share any proof. How to evict?
