US me koi b medicine dene se pahle lab testing hoti to know the aetiology then prescribed accordingly even for iron supplements ..Healthcare system is not good here ..Before prescribing any drug dr needs to know patient medical records history allergies,tried and Failed drugs ,labs records so on.. Prescription must be mandatory...
