Mostly with energy... and learning how to be clear about what you are asking of them, and having correct timing with the words you are trying to teach them, praise, and payments! Took me quite a few hours of different youtube trainers to be able to find real success.... you can do it though! Patience is a virtue. Less talking the better :)
