I have some exciting announcements for you! It's been a long time coming, but I've almost finished the CSCS chapters, and have begun recording live lectures for the new CPSS certification. Plus, for the last year I've been on a new hybrid athlete training journey where I am training to deadlift 500 lbs and run a sub 5-minute mile in the same day. Follow my hybrid training journey, level up your coaching ability, and learn about sport science by subscribing to the channel. It will be good to have you along for the ride :)
