Cheers, Dr. Goodin! Your guidance has been helpful to me throughout my CSCS journey. As I map out the next steps of my sports medicine/science future, I'm glad to see that you're still growing and inspiring others to do the same. Can't wait to hear more!

I did a similar thing like this when I did a Case Study module last year on my friend. I used Vitruve and force plates when testing and monitoring his Peak Velocity, Mean Velocity, maximum jump height etc., it was an amazing experience. Though many mistakes were made, there were valuable lessons for me to take going forward as this exposed me to what it will look like in a real Strength and Conditioning/Sports Science environment. Thank you Dr for this video as looking back now, I wished that this video was made last year as now I’ve realized, I could have approached it a lot differently with a better understanding and could change or tweak a few things when I did my Case Study module. Again your CSCS videos are fun, informative and it’s helping and guiding me to learn and getting ready to tackle the exam. And I’m hoping to do the NSCA Sports Science accreditation.

@josephdizon3493 this is great! Any time you have the opportunity to perform a case study like that is pure gold. We learn so much more when when we layer "doing the thing" atop "knowledge of the thing". Often it's not until the rubber meets the road that the most valuable lessons are revealed. Keep experimenting!

I hope you are giving a good amount of time to your family and not putting all your energy into your profession. You’ll regret it one day if you are not.
