I have no idea what that is, I attached my normal music that I always do and my play back was fine. But this is what happened when I uploaded to YT. Its so frustrating and all I can do is say Im sorry.

I think rechargeable has it benefits for sure, like no cords, but Im betting its a battery issue. Why I say that is because of shipping. It costs so much more to ship something with a battery its crazy. I shipped a clock and included the battery and they charged me $20 more to ship because the package contained a battery. Craziness🤪

Production on products can take time, but I understand your frustration and I guess now we should look at it as a solution. Maybe they listened and that's why they made the new cord. To me that's a win, win. Try to think positive my dear.🥰🤗

I got mine in May and I had mentioned to them about it should have 2 port cord and explained that it was not right. All they did was apologize and said they would let there team know. And that was it! Now they come out with this. Hmmmm!

How long do these lights last? The smaller ones I get seem to burn out quickly, but they're cheap to replace. What about this one?

Lisa, I have never had one burn out. My other one was a year old and it still works fine. But I cant really give an honest answer on how long they last, I can only go by how long I had mine and they were still fine. It could also depend on the quality of your light to.🤗🥰

@@ntyler71 usually....they start putting out videos on the new products I believe a few weeks before they launch it, but I would have to go back and look at their channel to see if they had one on this. I cant remember. Half the time I don't know when they have new stuff coming out either, I have to keep my eye on their channel. Im going to go look now.

But you didn't get a comment back. Let me contact my rep and ask her how the process works with new products as far as the launch goes. You all have me curious now.

It’s a shame they keep their lights at such a low wattage. Nail curing lamps run up to 100w for around the same price and cure resin fast and fully all over.

I used to use a nail lamp, but have found these lamps do a nice job curing the resin.😊
