Sadhguru, as always your spiritual teachings inspiring millions is matched only by your impressive motorcycle motoring skills. I myself, as a young boy at 9 years had a hand on the handlebars of a Kawasaki 90cc. ( well over 100mpgallon on a two and one half gallon gas tank!) So....I have been riding motorcycles also for many years, over rough , sometimes unpaved, potholes avenues and highway's. Please forgive me for saying but, it seems even the roadways in your scenic posted videos have been viewing your collection of videos on personal spiritual development ,all very well paved with markings along the way to guide you. I've gleaned so much from your basic common sense way of looking at the world. I wake up and walk around with much more confidence and less worry and anxiety. First of all I really appreciate you Sadhguru ji because you didn't hide your health problem and even shared the photos. I agree with all your yoga techniques and your teachings. But i disagree with you in your diet and sleep. As a follower, i want you to sleep 8 hours daily and eat balanced diet atleast 2 times a day. Even Ayurveda suggests balanced diet and good sleep.
