How does the camera man understand this song better than those "professionals" at the AMAs? Not to mention BTS hardly had time to rehearse here and they still managed to capture some important moments like Jimin's cute close up at @2:02 whereas in the AMAs they completely missed it. The vocals and the raps slayed so hard in this performance. Jimin and Jk sounded exactly like how they would in the studio version but LIVE. The stage is not big enough for Tae's voice tho lol. Max Carr korean live performances use MR. It’s not entirely instrumental live but the highlighted lines are recorded, just for them to take a lil break for breathing, and to put echo and emphasis on specific lines :) they did sang live in AMAs, but the audio was louder than their stage mics. So I think that made it look lipsynced. I hope you watch more performances of them! They’re really amazing :)

Who else noticed JungKook and RM forgetting the ending choreo at 3:37 . The original ending of DNA choreography is all members lining up behind J-Hope but for the American Debut the ending choreography changed to lining up In one line and JungKook and RM almost went behind J-hope 😂 and JungKook's smile at the end omg its so cute 😭❤️ EMOTIONAL MESSAGE COMING UP I'm so proud of BTS seriously. They worked so hard to get to where they are now and honestly they're LEGENDS. I look up to them so much. They thought me to never give up, to stay strong, to love ourselves and love the people around us. They thought me that hard work pays off ❤️ I have Social Anxiety Disorder, I usually don't have the courage to meet new people and be in crowded places, but because of BTS and the love I have for them, I made friends on twitter and met them in real life! that Itself is a huge step for me! we went to a BTS event together and I faced so many fears in just one day! I talked to new people, I went to crowded places! If it wasn't for BTS I wouldn't have faced my fears so soon and I thank them for it❤️ Now I have more courage to meet new people and go to places! I'm really thankful of BTS. I know BTS won't see this but Thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping me break out of my comfort zone, thank you for always making me so happy, thank you for being BTS ❤️

KOOKIFAH .R Lol I had not noticed that haha! Omg I have social anxiety too and don't get out of my house! I'm also so inspired by BTS's songs...I can't even begin to explain how they have helped me. I learnt to accept and love myself because of them and now know that underdogs can indeed make it in this world. They are so inspiring and have helped me get out of depression and social anxiety! I'm so thankful to BTS!
