@@tonyadams8812 nah man a fighter the same size as you is always the harder challenge in mma. People same height or shorter are the best to spar because they force you to move more to reach and to take the hip on takedowns. Adjustment for taller fighters isnt as hard as getting used to fighters your size or shorter. Not to mention since DJ and Henry are just as fast, they end up forcing each other to spar faster which is never a bad thing.

The Triple Cringe routine would always make me laugh, but after watching his content here, I’m impressed by how technically sound and proficient he is as a mixed martial artist. He and DJ training together is some of the best MMA content I’ve seen lately. When he does officially give up fighting, I think he’s going to be one of the best coaches in MMA.

Ik it’s only sparring so both men are holding back BUT you can tell Henry is being slightly more of an aggressor and DJ is working more of a technical approach to flow with Henry. I can tell if DJ let his hands go more in between the kick combos he’d land a lot more but then again this is only sparring

Dj's Vision is something else. That counter left hand on Henry's switch was there and he saw but didn't fire it until the end of the session(at least that's what we saw). Got him comfortable with be being comfortable then countered. Henry's set ups are educated too. firing the right hand to center that guard then Feinting it and throwing the left hook behind the guard. high high level

Would absolutely love to see you guys train with Floyd Mayweather as he's loosened up a lot and doing sparring sessions with youtubers etc and exhibition matches I think it would just be incredible. You could learn so much from his boxin techniques etc and his timing stuff. I think it would be the single greatest collab in fight history if the 3 of you guys got together and did some boxing rounds etc.
