Awesome! I hope with the extra time they’ve had time to polish up this extra content that was originally cut from the game they give us a fun DLC that will get us excited for HL2. Also there is so much room to expand HL in , I’m excited to see what Avalanche will give us next year (hopefully)!

I’d love to be able to customise dormitories - they’re pretty much unused rooms after the first introduction, especially after accessing the Room of Requirement. Customise them and have mini quests or games set there. Imagine setting up inventions like the Weasley twins’ jokes etc or creating sweets, spells, or even planning scavenger hunts for younger students, using spells you unlock. And NPC interaction choices affecting storylines going forward. More potions and plants! And your own pet that aids you in your quests, provides magical ingredients but interacts with you like a normal pet.

That extra 10 to 15 hours will not be on disc , that will be added for the game online and PC because they can hold bigger storage

My excitement has gone through the roof!! I'm going to try and not get my hopes up too much since things can change, but on the whole I'd say it's pretty safe to say that this is happening! I was sceptical of the 10-15 hours of content, but after your explanation that some full games can be 20 hours long, that gives me some hope that this will be a considerable amount of storyline DLC! Keeping my fingers crossed that this is officially announced soon! (My bet would be this year's Game Awards)

I've literally played well over 1,000 hours of Hogwarts Legacy at this point, when combining my playtime on PC, PlayStation, and Nintendo Switch, (and having started playing during the first day 3-day Early Access, on Feb 7th, 2023). 😅 And I'm still anxiously awaiting the DLC! 😂 But I can be patient. I just hope that they stick the landing with the DLC, as well, like they did with the main game! But I'm not worried. It's in good hands, at Avalanche! ❤ And rest assured, I'll definitely be getting it [the DLC, that is] the moment that it's available, that's for sure! 😊

WB if you're reading this - please PLEASE add dynamic events around the open world to make exploring more exciting and increase longevity. Maybe a few mini games - Backgammon? Shove ha'penny (old English game!) or a Gwent like card game? Race challenges with your steeds? The world is amazing and this would make it perfect.

Haunted Hogsmeade was around 50 minutes. So that would be atleast around 12 of those missions and maybe 18... That is a lot.

I hope they work into the game more friendships and relationship side quests. My biggest disappointment about the game is this enormous Hogwarts castle which is teeming with other students but you rarely have any interaction with them. In other words, I wish they moved this game more towards the cozy game category.

I want an option to have to use the passwords to get into the common rooms every time you want to go in there. Answer a different riddle for ravenclaw each time. Gryffindor and Slytherin have the password change every now and then and you have to figure it out. Hufflepuff can stay the same.

I love this game but it has been almost 2 years since it's release so i am in no big hurry to be excited over anything exept when another game is annonced, that along with how many bugs with each version of the game came out a year apart. The cost you mentioned though is not as impressive as you make it sound either the games you mention that this DLC is half the gameplay of is also just half the price of a $60 game because its half the content. DLC's for a already existing game have always been anywhere from $10-$30.

I would heave hoped that they will invest the people/time and money in the sequel. Because this means taking time/money/people from the sequel to make the DLC and what i hate most this days when it comes to how gaming works are DLC i only purchased 2 DLC in my life and i regretted it also watched a log of game's DLC and i can't name even 1 worth the money so i decided never to buy a DLC again. I will wait for the sequel.

This is a good deal. One of my favorite games of all time is the original *Fable* by Lionhead Studios that came out in 2004 or thereabouts. That game had a 10-15 hour story if I remember well, and that's if you just *ran* through the main story missions. So as far as length of content, there's a good bit of it in terms of value when compared to other action RPGs. I look forward to it. 💛🦡🖤🪄
