It's not that i'm glad Ty has this "quiet" pesonality. But i wanna think that he just let the member to talk more rather than him (despite being a leader) to talk. He lets other members shine too. And his quietness is not something like annoyed face or expressionless. He still smiles, look at the other member with full of love *you can tell*, cute clapping, etc Which is him being a very very very great and considered leader 😊✊

You should check their Vlive videos & radio show NCT's Night Night (with Johnny & Jaehyun as DJs, but they just ended it this month). And also a video named NCT being educated (if I'm not wrong, and it has 2 parts). They seriously have their mature sides despite their young age. One big factor I could think of is because they are a big group with members from a lot of nationalities with different personalities & different age range (NCT have members born from 1994 till 2002), they build consideration of other culture & learns to understand their difference. Learning language is a one thing they did, they also tried to include foreign members in game/conversations. You could see that even if NCT as a whole is a big group & they had subunits, they are close with each other. Older members care for the younger & younger members look up to the older members (they constantly mentions each other in videos).
