Honestly it's crazy that drinking coffee (or other caffeinated drink) isn't a standard for all players playing on this level, considering the effect it has on brain (improved focus, enhanced short-term memory, increased alertness, better decision-making speed, reduced mental fatigue, mood elevation, boosted reaction time). Ding's performance yesterday vs today is the caffeine difference I'd expect lol

@adityarajivratnam6863Ай бұрын
@@arunjosep1410 I am not from TN, but I deeply admire Gukesh for his humility, work ethic and the young age at which he has reached the top. This applies to all the young GMs from India actually. Likewise, Ding is such a down-to-earth player who is insanely brilliant on his day. I think it is impossible not to like either of them as a chess fan. With so much toxicity and drama in chess, I think we must all appreciate both players for being such good ambassadors of the game. Yes, CBI was hard to watch, esp. with the comedians on the panel making lame jokes, and I don't even want to read the comments. But this is the kind of language and attitude that Samay and all have been encouraging teenagers towards.
