I like how Jimmy Lake talks about fundamentals, fast, and physical. I like it. I've been a fan of the Atlanta Falcons for a long, long time and I love a good defense

I think our defense will take another step up even with the coaching and scheme changes... Jimmy is speaking the right speak!!

Very well spoken guy too and has great memory

Yeah the guy who not once but twice got into a physical, one way altercation with a couple of his own players.. Seems like a real stand up guy. Falcons were known recently for staying away from those kinds of players and coaches, and now they are throwing that away.. Cant wait for 2026 so we can move on and restart all over again. Who else is excited for more mediocrity for the next few years? Not me

I like Coach Lake as DC. He and Coach Gray are going to take our defense to the next level with MORE sacks, fumbles, and picks for us to grab. We’re about to have the top defense next to Chiefs, Niners, and Ravens.

I don’t expect the points to be as low as Nielsen’s defense but I do expect sacks and turnovers to have an uptick

This guy was a disaster at U of Washington as head coach. Good talker, bad results, fired in middle of second season. Strange hire.

Mike MacDonald who called plays for the Ravens #1 defense and one of the best defenses ever, never called plays in the NFL before coming to the Ravens as DC....

That's not going to happen. Although even though the hiring season is over, he catch on with some team before the season is over.
