I am eating brown rice since 6 yrs, white rice rarely when i have no choice, so its like 5 or 6 times a year max, aerated drinks may be once a year or so since since 7 or 8 yrs and the last year i had lot of aerated was back in 2011 i think sweets very less but biggest problem is maintaining sleep timings and proper exercise(only some stretching through out the day at regular intervals but not sufficient at all, i am 34 and lean) (Although i dont smoke, drink alcohol, drugs etc and no non veg too except for egg like 5 or 6 times an year, there is a lot of room to improve. Just felt like saying, nothing bragging sort of, felt like saying when john said all that stuff) Saw 4 or 5 videos of u john about fitness and diet and it is very inspiring, just i could quickly point out the mistakes i am doing like not being ruthless with diet,exercise etc, like i mentioned a few above. And the stuff he said about yoga asanas incorporating the way it suits him, we all should have our own style of routine that suits our body the best and it may vary from time to time(instead of a flat belief system like, "yoga is the best, gym is not good as when ur old, it will cause problems, etc etc). Like the GREAT Bruce Lee said, "You should not stick to a certain style, just absorb what is useful and reject that is useless and add ur own thing to it and it is a continuous process"

Cheat meal is not bad if done once in a month or 2.. And white rice is not that bad to take them once a year.. After workout rice can be fine... Their is no need to be this much strict.... We are not born to eat boil food daily... One should enjoy too 😅

White rice is better then brown rice if it fits in your daily carb intake you're not overeating it daily it's f9 having it with chicken sabzii other things decreases it's gylcemic index even ifbb pros take it daily

Consumption of rice in moderation is okay. Since rice spikes insulin level much faster than roti and is digested fast , people may have hunger pangs frequently. It is advisable to consume roti for those who want to loose weight.

Even professional bodybuilders take cheat meal once in a month or after competition....But maintaining this type of strict diet for so many years.....Where is life???You can't enjoy with friends,families in parties. You will say no to everyone if they ask you to eat sweets or biriyani...Is it a life????Diet is important..but eating sweet or junk food once in a month will not effect you

It's not possible even Olympia level athletes take cheat meals & have white rice daily it's more important to know your body for Eg I'm a ectomorph with fast metabolism I need to eat lot more carbs simple is also f9 my body responsd well to it & I don't add much fat too little! Har kisi ki body alag hai! Rice isn't your enemy junk is !

It's not a strict diet. The diet that you don't love will most likely be not continued on long run. It can only give temporary results. You will eventually go to the junk food after diet is discontinued. What you really need to focus is EATING HABITS. Majority of people have BAD EATING HABITS. That why it Is difficult for them to change. But when you shift your BAD EATING HABITS TO GOOD EATING HABITS ,you tend to improve in your life. Slowly GOOD EATING HABITS gets ingrained in your body you automatically get results.🤗

Rice is not bad at all for muscle growth and aerated drink here and there is not that bad either. I know you have to commit yourself to diet but not like you don’t have to eat for years. It all be a part of diet occasionally provides if you dieting , eating and sleeping right.

complex carbs are absorbed slowly and will give energy to you through the day like oatmeal and egg white, but simple carbs burns fast and gets stored as fat and converts to glucose that's why we gets fat consuming rice

Sweet, rice or anything fried once a week is okay. No need to restrain from eating them for 10-20 years. Martial arts superstar Jean Claude vandamme enjoy rice and he is a vegan too. Everyone know vandamme is obviously fitter and stronger than John Abraham.

Freshta R Yeah the diet John is talking about is too strict. But I think to be youthful and healthy like john(he must be in his 40s) that's the only way. I feel if one does things that john is saying about diet, one will hardly suffer from lifestyle related diseases(Diabetes, obesity, high bp, heart disease n all).

Diet karna workout karna acchi baat hai main bhi karta hu aur aapse kaam nhi hu body me Laken 21 saal se kajukatri tak nhi khaya hu kyu bhai agar aap month me bhi 1 kaju katri bhi khaaoge tho bhi kuch nhi hone wala duniya me diet k naam per itna jhuth mat falaao Thoda thoda khaane k bhi maaza lo
