Sean Gallagher, the property's current owner, shares his story of how he came to purchase the property, details what he found there when he took possession, and what he intends to do with it in the future. I don't understand how all this original equipment, photographs, etc. all falling apart and in utter state of deterioration. Joseph Pilates made a huge contribution to humanity, why isn't all of this being preserved correctly? Why isn't this place a museum and historical archive? The Pilates industry all over the world is making millions of dollars, why isn't there a fund to preserve this place with the due respect and diligence? Sorry, but I am in shock.

Joe pilates lived in an apartment in New York and next door was the studio. This is BS

Hi Dervil, that's correct but he also spent 15 years teaching over the summers at Jacob's Pillow Dance Festival and this was his 'summer home' in the country. It's well documented in photos, videos and more.
