I just saw Stevie in concert this past Thurs, Oct 17, 2024 in Greensboro, NC. He was amazing and his beautiful daughter Aisha was singing background. When I tell you Stevie has still got it, he does. The concert was amazing and a bucket list item I can cross off. Love you Stevie. You are definitely a musical genius and legend. He's funny too just like in this video. He had us cracking up all night.

I think it was because she just shouted out "Hello!!" without first having is attention.... I suppose being sight challenged, and relying a great deal on hearing to guide his attention it may have been confusing for him, not realizing who the hello was actually for, or even aware of the unrecognizable voice saying it. Which would explain why she was encouraged to say hello in a different way.... this time addressing him by name as it allowed for an actual introduction. (of course that's only my best guess) :)

Hmm....thanks for the explanation. I think it was really rude of that guy to say that to her. She's clearly a huge fan & was very excited but not all people know how the best way to communicate with someone who has a disability. Besides, I think Stevie was ok with her approaching like that. No harm was done. Mr Big Guy probably has a power complex but I hope that didn't affect that lady's day.

I would probably give the guy the benefit of the doubt..... probably all very routine to him... sometimes people can come across as rude while not even realizing it...... but having said that, some people are also just rude. lol, since It really happened so fast and he did not just dismiss her, I tend to think he's just a bit abrasive in his delivery. :)

The features of many devices were not designed specifically with the blind and visually impaired in mind, but they have ended up offering countless advantages for the community. Options like virtual talking keyboard, dictation and connection to a regular or braille keyboard via Bluetooth are JUST A FEW of the growing, available options. 💁‍♂️’Soooo… 🤷‍♂️ I don’t know, maybe Steve thinks it’s pretty smart to take advantage of the many benefits offered through smart-phone technology. Perhaps Stevie Wonder, appreciates a smart phone in a way that those of us who are blessed with good vision take for granted.🤷‍♂️
