It's not necessary that all CBSE students gets through NEET and at coaching classes they do magic or insert memory card into your head. Only those students who studies rigourously gets selected. Also see other states lots of NEET toppers come from a humble background and state syllabus. In Tamil Nadu state board knew the predicted questions for public exam . But for NEET you require basic knowledge and conceptual understanding. I'm MBBS students in AIIMS and most of the students are from poor family background and don't have a single Tamil junior , I feel very bad about this😔. Here people only complaint about problems but never work for it. If one cannot prepare for a single exam how can expect him or her study much tough 19 MBBS subjects then for NEET PG. TN Government should take steps to provide quality education to everyone. Tamizhan da😁
