@@OptimusLegends True, but the main issue is scale. MS's figures are a little bigger, so it's hard to mix and match with them.

Hey man, could you ask Magic Square to ditch the rocket pack and hand nozzles and replace them with a selection of hand accessories like laser scalpels, welders, saws, etc. In other words, medical tools. I think I speak for EVERY fan when I say this is would make the figure PERFECT!

Thanks for your kind words! I am so glad that we share the same thoughts on MS products. I do get to talk to MS designers with every new release so far, Ironhide and Ratchet, so I understood their proposition a bit better. They intentionally reduce the paint apps since the chief designer himself hates paint chipping and the concerns of breakage and stress marks, and his goal is to create as many characters as possible in his career, so in short, plenty of accurate and durable figures to play with, and for that, I agreed to work with them promoting their products, a desktop collection just like the kid Aaron in the cartoon, that'll be great. For the accessories, I gave them the feedback the moment I received the sample, they should get back to me some time next week.

How is paint chipping on the side windows on Ratchet and Ironhide? With the constructicons, I was excited until I saw that there would be considerable chipping due to unavoidable contact with painted pieces. Thanks for any thoughts. Your vids are great!

So far there's nothing major, if you have Jazz, which the paint chipping on the sharp edge of the windows is unavoidable, I think it's doing just fine if the paint as sturdy.

I just got to meet these transformers and I got in love with the scale, but I was wondering whats a good place to buy them because I see them all over the place with price and they are not that cheap. Also, if you compare them with new age, do you see important points of comparisson or are they basically the same? Thanks!

Magic Square is planning on launching their new website at www.magicsquaretoys.com, I believe you could purchase from them directly, I am not sure about the price though, but these small figures are not cheap, that's true. NewAge is about to release their 2.0 Ratchet, the 1.0 is obviously dated, so I would say wait for the new NA for the comparison if you'd like to wait a little bit.

Wait, what the deuce!? Back when DaimChoc posted an Ironhide video on Facebook and I noticed MS called it Ken, I commented on the video asking if that made Ratchet as Ryu...and then here it turns out that's exactly what Magic Square did!? Wow...didn't see that coming. 😆😆😆🤣🤣🤣 Some aspects of the transformation look even more annoying than the Masterpiece, but the way the robot mode cleans up is so much nicer that any annoyance is a worthwhile tradeoff.

Thank you Matthew! I just started collaborating with MS, they found my jazz review, and offered Ironhide early sample, and Ratchet is a follow-up recolor. So they are not sponsoring me in any way, it's just early samples. I asked the same question about the website since I have to put the link in the description, it is supposed to be a shop, but still being built and tested for the moment, should be completed in weeks. I have very limited knowledge about their release plan so far, I was only notified about a week prior to the production process, and they will mail me the sample on their schedule, so I have no idea who is coming next, or which character is in the pipeline. But one thing for sure when I talk to their designers, they release about 1 product per month, and they want to release as many characters as they can, and that's good.
