07:06 I just want to add something, these houses are supported by the government (the king) The first half million of the cost of the house you choose, the government will pay the interest to the bank, and the remaining cost, the government will pay half of the interest. This offer is not only for Roshan district. It's for other places also.

@@shehabalenazi thank you for the clarification, we weren’t aware of it. That said, on google maps, people complained that the houses were more expensive than non-Rohn houses. So we calculated how much the stadium adds to the price of one house… thanks again and stay tuned for the next video…
