In all of his fast talk, he said that the search warrant and way that NY acquired the evidence against him is why he is seeking exoneration. Not once did he say that they didn’t find evidence or he didn’t do it. He’s simply saying he was wrongly convicted, which may be true. A person can be wrongly convicted due to trial errors that constitute a violation of their rights, but they can still be factually guilty.
