He is very well meaning man...all he sacrificed for his kids...if he wanted to adopt me I can guarantee him I'd love up on him like a doting daughter. We all have family arguments. I looked to celebrities to see how they handle it. First was Robbie Williams and Gary Barlow. They talked through the TV. Wrote a song about it. I then went to the Royal family. The actions of Harry & Meghan is what my sister did to me. Demonized me and cut off all communication. Not a good way to handle disagreements in the family. Thomas Markle and I share heartbreak caused by a family member. How do you ease that heartbreak that won’t go away? My sister will never apologize to me so we will never meet again. If I accept her back without an apology I am saying what she said was true. It wasn’t and it still hurts. How do you move on?

He could try suing but unless he has a good solid reason other than "I want to see them just cuz I'm the grandpa", he ain't winning that. Besides, if the kids reside in another country with their parents, any attempt at "suing" is almost laughable. Unless the kids are abused or in bad conditions, he must respect her decision, he already had his own children and did as he wanted to when they were young, he doesn't get to decide over other people's children. Megan might be unfair with her decision, or perhaps she has good reasons behind it, honestly, who knows, but that's irrelevant anyway cause these are her kids, not his, and if she doesn't want certain people in their young lives for X or Y reasons, then that's it.

Visitation rights aren't granted without good reason, and just because someone thinks they are entitled to somebody else's children. Grandparents' rights are usually only granted in cases where there is already a pre-existing and strong relationship between the child and the grandparent (which isn't in this case), and if they can prove that ending said relationship can negatively impact the child. So good luck on him winning that one! 👌🏼 In reality, and unless well justified, most of these requests are easy to dismiss/deny because there are laws that actually protect biological parents over any other family member in relation to the child (unless there's abuse, neglect... ect ).
