For 10,000 years you have roamed the Emerald Dream, awaiting the day for your return to lead your people against the demons. However, you feel that the world has changed much during your absence. Despite Nordrassil being heavily guarded and Illidan the Betrayer sealed deep within his prison, you sense something terribly wrong that threatens your people's survival from the coming invasion.

So he gains a little voice that doubts the Night Elves powers and then he comes across a Well with great power. Malfurion either listens to his paranoia and drinks it out of fear or he destroys it believing that Night Elves can stand against Legion.

I have played this game until the end and guess what? Malfurion and his army will be the only ones left alive at the end of this campaign. He will simply slaughter everything and everyone. This campaign doesn't have any good ending. Even the dragon aspects will be slain by Malfurion.

It is more than a joke. In Warcraft lore, Elune is Cenarius's mother, but after he is brought to existence, Elune realizes that he mostly belongs to the mortal world rather than divine. So the lover of his father( the stag demigod Malorn), Ysera becomes Cenarius's adoptive mother and takes care of him until he grows up. (This explains Cenarius's powerful connection to the emerald dream that comes from Ysera the dreamer herself). I do believe here the mother is in reference to Ysera ( whom Medivh is trying to save by performing the ritual). Also, later in this campaign, in the final mission, Ysera says that the guardian saved her from a demon , which confirms this idea (although it is never mentioned that who this demon that had latched himself to her actually was.)

One big criticism I have of this part is just how easy it was for Malfurion to take Ysera's heart, you'd expect Cenarius to protect it with dear life since it holds the entire balance of the land, or at the very least he could've put a fake artifact to trick Malfurion. Instead it's just protected by one puny general, not even Medivh. Pah, really disappointing.

You then sarcastically asked about my own projects, the intention clearly being you trying to see if my own ideas were worse than yours and you then mentioned how nothing I said perturbed you despite that never being my intention. Your every interaction with me had been one of getting defensive and insecure. My criticisms until now have been negative but constructive because I had hope you would see it and try to improve because I genuinely wanted these campaigns to get better. But I now see you're just egotistical, "it''s not that it's bad it's just that people don't understand", no it's bad. Being an alternate universe doesn't mean you can just throw away every but if established lore, especially when Rowan the Wise was the apparent divergence point, a goofy campaign that shouldn't be canon to this timeline for the sole reason of being a parody that you yourself said shouldn't be taken seriously. If it's a parody, why is it apart of your canon? The Legion became an afterthought despite being the big bad villans since Jeopardy of the Horde. The pacing was horribly slow at first, then rushed for the portal, then slowed back to a crawl with pointless plot twists that ultimately added nothing to the story beyond showing that Malfurion was evil, something that was already painfully obvious. When every twist is "person betraying other person" it's not a twist, it's predictable. You became so focused on showing how evil Malfurion has become that you lost sight of the original goal you put into everyone's head: Malfurion fighting the Legion. And when people mention this, did you go, oh maybe I could have done that differently? No. You patronize the most vocal of your critics instead. This mentality is exactly why many projects fail, because the writers let their ego get in the way. My criticisms have been negative, but that doesn't mean they're wrong, if you can't take criticism than I suggest you stop writing all together. I once had hope for these projects, but not anymore.
