I have this exact clutch and it's awesome. Daily driving it no issue very easy and very smooth. Holds my 450tq very well, feels very close to stock clutch.

With the Exedy twin and triple plates, you should remove those anti vibration tabs that are on each plate, they make the clutch noisier but stop clutch lockout and prevent pre maturely wearing the clutch out, fit them all the time and this a known thing in the mechanical world, just a helpful tip for ya'll

Hi Devin, I noticed that the clutch model you got is the MM062SDF which is stated as only rated for 553 ft/lb of torque, Exedy would probably would have been better providing you with the cerametallic version MM062HD for your power level, that one reputably is good for 615 ft/lb of torque. I have the HD version in my much lower powered GSR and honestly believe that it’s the best DD clutch on the market.

Very Nice 👍 I like Exedy! I’ve ran 2x Comp Twin Disk Clutch on my Evo 8 and not gonna lie their good but I was disappointed cause didn’t last very long on my 8 esp not for daily driving. The reason I ran CC Twin Disk cause I was getting a steal deal on it. Id say best for track or drag use! but I’ve switched to ACT and very satisfied. I Will be looking into Exedy next time I need a Clutch.👍

Shouldn't you apply red threadlocker kn the fly wheel threads, I was always told that's extremely important, sometimes proper torque alone isn't enough. I'm also positive in the service manual for evox they require the red thread locker

Just changed the clutch in my evo. Ran into an issue, car will not start only clicks from the starter. I tried to spin the engine and the flywheel feels locked, would you think that would mean anything? I checked all the wiring/grounds everything is pluged in, battery is good and charged also.
