Hey @lei, Not ideal bonding over MS but I've been relearning how to strut IN HEELS for longer than I thought it would take (18 months) and still yet to balance in them😅 however its taken a whilebto know what exactly to target.. But months ago I could barely walk at all. I can now say i can walk 7 - 10,000 steps before by leg decides to call it a day. How're you doing since applying the exercises in this video? Moni

My knee is hyperextending occasionally since about 10 month of wearing the Afo I put it down, and strengthened my leg muscles so that I can give up the Afo for good. My father had stroke 1 month back , I'm doing his physiotherapy. As I've also noticed that that after his quardiceps are strong enough his knee started to bend backward that is very awful and it feels like it will damage the ligaments if he walk more. At this time walking is very important for him, his hamstrings are weak. I've started these exercises on him and hope that it will work for him.

Yes, a gym ball is great for this. Just make sure you are pushing down into the ball and not just bringing your knee up to your chest. :) Thanks for sharing!!
