Thanks again for another video! For any of your viewers with dysarthria/dysphagia, a relatively new medication labeled for pseudobulbar affect called Neudexta seems to also help with speech and swallowing.

Thank you so much for these videos! I have dysarthria from an extremely rare form of MND called Primary Lateral Sclerosis. It causes spasticity and increased reflexes, including a hair trigger gag reflex and dysfunction of my velopharyngeal valve. Do you have any suggestions for my specific speech issues?

I hope you are able to work with a speech therapist who can make recommendations with your PLS diagnosis and the way it affects your speech in mind.
