"noob question" Where it says 20 reps means "20 reps each side"?

It's 10 reps each side

Andrés Such García I mean if you wanna be a hard ass, then yeah you can do 20 each side, but it's 20 reps TOTAL. Both sides are your body are doing 10 each. Each side of your body does a rep separately so instead of 1,2,3,4... it's 1,1,2,2,3,3,4,4. Or you can do a mental countdown in your head. So after each side goes, that's 1. Do each side again, 2 and so on and so on

you could do 10 reps each side totalling 20 but personally I do 20 reps each side
