Late to the party here, good low impact exercises shared here. L5S1 been history since 85, but still have issues in that area to include neck issues now, sucks to get old lol. New rider this spring after 22 year hiatus, I will incorporate these movements. Thank you Ken

Excellant video!! Great information and yes sir the physical therapist pamphlet is absolutely wrong. He is a youngster that is going to hurt people. I totally agree with you but would add seated pushups and lats push downs in standing with the band over the shoulders and the hands right next to the seam of your pants with the emphasis of down. That is great for posture. I agree with your video and I understand that it really does not make any difference if I agree, however, I thought I would tell you that you are right from a 62 year old physical therapist's point of view with three degrees in PT. That kid will hurt some one.
